1. The proof of relationship (birth certificate) names the petitioner as ‘Asha Devi’, while the identity proof reads ‘Asha Kumari’. Submit a notarised affidavit reconciling the two names, or a corrected document.

2. The no-objection affidavit of co-heir Shri Dinesh Chandra is unsigned. Submit the notarised, signed affidavit.”
